Ethical & Equity Policy

What Guides Us

At Trail Blossom, we believe coaching should liberate, not conform.
Our mission is to create coaching experiences that center growth, dignity, and access, especially for those who have been marginalized, misunderstood, or misdiagnosed.

We don’t believe ADHD needs to be “fixed.”
We believe it needs to be understood, honored, and led with courage.
Our work is rooted in the belief that transformation is possible when people feel safe, seen, and empowered—not judged, pressured, or pathologized.

Our coaching is guided by these principles:

  • Dignity over diagnosis – We meet every client as a whole, capable person.

  • Autonomy over authority – We never tell people what to do. We help them lead themselves.

  • Access over exclusivity – We create multiple pricing tiers, scholarship funds, and free resources to expand support.

  • Community over competition – We collaborate with other coaches, organizations, and advocates for collective impact.

  • Liberation over assimilation – We don’t coach people to mask or conform. We help them build lives that work with their brains.

Ethical Business Practices

We reject manipulative, extractive, and shame-based business models.

Instead, we:

  • Practice transparent pricing

  • Offer a coaching access fund supported by community donations

  • Never use urgency tactics, fake scarcity, or "pain point" exploitation

  • Design programs that support long-term self-leadership, not dependency

  • Reinvest our revenue into expanding access and hiring support fairly

Who We Serve

We center:

  • ADHD and neurodivergent individuals of all ages

  • Parents and teens navigating new diagnoses and misunderstood systems

  • Professionals who want to lead boldly, not hide behind executive function masks

  • Organizations ready to lead inclusively, not just perform diversity

Our Access Fund

We believe coaching should never be a luxury.

Our Access Fund provides no-cost or reduced-cost coaching to individuals who would otherwise be excluded due to financial barriers.

We’re currently fundraising $30,000 to make this possible, and we share transparent impact updates with our community and donors.
