At Trail Blossom Coaching, we believe that ADHD isn’t something to fix—it’s something to understand. Whether you’re a late-diagnosed adult, a parent raising a neurodivergent child, or a teen trying to make sense of a busy mind, this is a place where your experiences are valid, your brain is respected, and growth happens gently.
Founded by Angela Greenwell, a certified coach and former international consultant, Trail Blossom ADHD Coaching was born from both professional insight and lived experience. After receiving her own ADHD diagnosis later in life—and parenting a child with ADHD—Angela began to see how deeply misunderstood neurodivergent people are, even by the systems meant to support them. That realization became a mission.
Today, we provide coaching that meets you where you are and moves at a pace that honors your reality. Our approach is calm, human, and structured just enough to help you move from stuck to steady. From professionals navigating executive function challenges, to parents building better routines, to teens learning how their minds work—we help you create space to blossom, your way.
Because you don’t need to “try harder.”
You need tools that fit you.
Official Mission Statement
We empower people with ADHD to embrace their brilliance, build meaningful lives, and define success on their own terms.
Through personalized one-on-one coaching, transformative group workshops, and accessible donor-supported programs, we help individuals understand their unique minds, cultivate self-trust, and take confident action toward their goals.
Our mission is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves support that honors who they are — not just who the world expects them to be.
